Hi 

When can i expect my parcel to be deliverd.

After the credit checks have been completed (these take longer if the order was placed over a weekend) the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot. We have no insight into the timescales.

As customers here all we can say is that when DPD have it they will email/text you with a one hour delivery slot so prior to that the latest on your order can be found here:

 

https://www.sky.com/ordertracking

what is my delify date says it will be delivered on the 20th but i have had no update? i know you may not know but this is my fisrt time being with sky.
