I ordered a new phone on the 12th to be delivered on the 13th, it's now the 20th and still no updates on when it will arrive, says problem at depot.
How can I cancel the order now as it's too late ?

You will need to call Sky to cancel the order. If you order an alternative device you'll be credit checked again.
