How long does it take for sky to dispatch my package it's just saying in progress coming soon 

What's the average dispatch time 

and once the items been dispatched how long is delivery usually

Hi @Nataliestern  thats not a question anyone here can answer. It depends on the manufacturer, their stock levels , their supply times and Sky stock levels. The most up to date information is shown on your order status.

As we’re customers we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

How long it will take to prepare the order? It's been 11 days I placed order but still shows in progress.

Apart from it being the busiest time of the year and the added problems with iPhone 17 orders.

If you have ordered a latest model iPhone 17 delays are always likely due to the usual supply and demand issues faced by Apple. This happens every year when a new iPhone is launched.
