Delivery not received

I placed an order for a new laptop and the delivery said 1-2 weeks but it is over 2 weeks now and no tracking number has even been provided and the virtual assistant hasn't been of any use either. On top of this my parter also ordered on his own account the same time and received a few days later so I don't understand why there is an issue with mines.

It just says in progress and no further updates

@Mt261  Then no delivery has been attempted as it's not dispatched, what you see is the latest info, the community has no insights into stock levels.

I thought there would have been some sort of communication to say it may not be in stock but there hasn't been any of this, plus when looking at others it said if they were in stock or not and didn't with the specific one I ordered. I just wasn't sure what is going on.
