I want to know about my delivery which i have order today they told me thatit will deliver tomorrow but there is no update on my delivery section it just say coming soon can youplease tellme about it

You aren’t contacting Sky here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

As we’re customers here we have no insight into stock levels or delivery timescales.

If you have ordered a latest model iPhone 17 delays are always likely due to the usual supply and demand issues faced by Apple. This happens every year when a new iPhone is launched.

After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

Of course this time of year they’ll be further delays over the festive period.

Did it say that on the website before you ordered the device because sadly those delivery estimates are not always that accurate. So the fact it says "coming soon" suggests you might not be getting it tomorrow.
