Delivery issues

The phone has still not been delivered, bought and initial delivery was the 17tb December , all I get is delay after delay, how can I cancel my order and I'll go buy one from a shop, terrible service and rang Sky and they just fob you off

You will have to call Sky to cancel. In fairness all networks are experiencing delivery issues due to the Christmas rush and the overflow from the postal strike.
