Re: Delivery delayed
@Gagmm21
In case you’re not aware you aren’t directly contacting Sky Customer Services on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers.
The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order
When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot. As customers we have no insight into stock levels or the delivery timescales.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off

Re: Delivery delayed
These are the acceptable forms of photo ID:
UK Passport
Foreign Passport
Foreign I.D Card
UK Driving Licence
Police Warrant Card/Military ID Card
UK Registered Disabled Card
Not all the drivers will ask to see the ID. On the DPD website it does say that if you are self isolating you can leave a note on your door telling the driver you are self isolating and then they will leave the parcel on the doorstep and take a photo as proof of delivery.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
