Deliver update undelivered

So I made my sky mobile order on Sunday 18/9/2022 - I was promised to receive delivery on either Monday 19th or Tuesday 20th, I have still not received my item however my deliver update status on Sky.con says undelivered. I haven't received an email about any delivery details and I haven't missed the delivery as I have waitied at home all day. I'm aware there was a bank holiday,but without any correspondence from Sky I'm unsure if my delivery has been dispatched and as I was promised to receive it by today I'm totally unhappy with being misinformed by a Sky member of staff. I have been without a phone for 2 days now as I was promised I'd have my new one by today at the latest date

@tonyp50  You are only talking to fellow customers on the forum, I would gie Sky a call for an update.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
