Defective iPhone 13 pro max received

iPhone 13 pro max I ordered is defective (especially the camera). It’s been 37days. I need a replacement or refund. I got it in November 21st but didn't check the refund policy is only for 31 days. What should I do?

It doesn't work like that I'm afraid as Sky will probably insist that it goes off for repairs and only if it can't be repaired would they consider offering you something.

Hi @Shanel+Antony  sky will also want to check that the fault is covered by warranty, for example if it's been mechanically damaged then that won't be covered by the warranty. Sky will need to inspect the phone.
