Hi,
please note this isn't for people other than sky colleagues to be commenting on.
I have received a debt letter for an outstanding amount for some time ago.
I can't call you but need to arrange a payment plan.
unfirtunatly the letter have no clarity in explaining how I do this, it just stated the amount owed
