I have up graded my date plan from 20g for £16 to £25g for £16. For some reason in my bill it shows an extra date plan of another 25g, which I am being charged for a do not need

Did you change your data plan via the number you already have or did you, perhaps in error, order another sim ?

As above, I suspect you didn't 'upgrade' but purchased an additional SIM.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
