Hi @skygo123455678  have a look in your account to see if that option is available. If it's a VIP offer it can't be added to an existing sim, only an additional one on your account. A workaround is, if you have had your sim more than 12 months, order one of the sim plans on offer, activate it when it arrives, then port your old number to a different network on PAYG then port it back to the new sim. You can't port from sky sim to sky sim.
