Data

I have had new I phone 17 with 50GB I did the eSIM and assistant said if I want to keep my no i will have to put my sim in the new  phone which I have done receiving calls are fine I just can't access the 50GB of data and it also says I only have 32GB left which I don't understand at all as I havnt used any of it I'm still on my original data with my last plan

Have you activated a new sim on your account or have you moved the sim from your old phone to this new one ?
