Hi, I've tried to get in touch and can't. I have a £12.00 spend cap and I'm currently in spain so it's £2 a day to use your data. It says I have 4g and signal and everyone elses is working but mine isn't. I was wondering if you coumd help please?

In case you are not aware @Demitia this is a customer helps customer forum so you can't contact Sky via here if you want to do that you will either have to call or use social media.
