Data zeroed on 2nd mobile

I have a second sim for my daughtwr - had 50gb o it- this has been put to zero, I added 10 more but data not working (mine working fine)

Your post is a bit difficult to understand are you saying this sim is showing that it has a 0GB data plan ?
