Data usage sim not cancled

Why do I have 2 sims active?one was ment to b cancelled due to sky not setting it up correctly.can u remove the 10 gd sim and the 5£ charge.also why is it using so much data?I've never used 9gb in one day

If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services. If this is something you've already spoken to Sky about you may need to call them again to chase it up.

When did you activate this sim because when you do you do not get the full allowance as what you get is based on how many days before it resets which is your billing date.

It was activated yesterday.used 9.3gb in a day which is crazy.its been connected to my WiFi in the house most of the day aswell
