Data usage not available

My data on all 3 devices registered not showing, shows 0, even though I have rolled data onto my plan

Hi @Inkerman  there was a similar issue for sky customers last week, at a guess it's a technical fault at Skys end that will be sorted out fairly quickly. If it isn't then call sky on 150 for help.

Yes I got caught up on the issue last week. The following morning the correct data was showing in all 5 accounts. From my perspective it seems to be a reporting / display issue as the accounts continued to function. Similar just now with all accounts showing 0 data left. Too late to get in touch with Sky but will check again tomorrow and if needed contact Sky help
