Data rolling piggy bank

I can't roll data from my piggy bank to my SIM card 

Tried many times over last 72 hours 

any clues please

If that is still the case in the morning give Sky a call when the phone lines reopen. An agent can move the data for you and investigate why you can't do it. Just dial 150 from your Sky mobile.
