Data roaming plus

I am receiving text messages saying I have activated roaming plus but I have not !  I turned roaming off in mcr airport and it is still off

Needs to be in airplane mode.  Data roaming off isn't enough.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
