Data roaming in cape verde

We're on holiday in Cape Verde and we usually pay £2 per day for data roaming charges when out of Uk but it's costing £10-£13 a day ? Does the normal charges of £2 per day not apply to Sky Mobile now ?

The £2 charge only applies to EU and selected territories such as Australia/USA.

 

Cape Verde is a 'Rest of World' tariff, i.e. expensive!

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
