Data plan

I have just started a new plan, phone and sim hasn't yet arrived. Is it possible to change my plan before it starts? Don't think I've allowed enough data

Hi @Pshililpa  if it's not showing in your account as an option you could call sky and ask them, the worst they can say is no and you would then need to wait for it to arrive and be activated.
