Data not working

Hi! My mobile data hasn't been working for 6 days. No one can ring me and I can't ring out... unless on WhatsApp and connected to the internet. I have done everything sky have asked, resetting settings following instructions they send etc etc. they tell me it's a problem in my area and now I don't believe them as I've asked on a public Facebook page for my area and 4 people on sky have said they have no problems at all. The only way I can contact sky is via a web chat which now they've reset the page and I have to start again! I'm so annoyed with the lack of communication! The stress this is causing me, my father inlaw had a triple heart bypass and he can't ring me which is frustrating for him. My daughter can't contact me when she's at her dance classes. I'm so annoyed and now I feel they are lying to me! Please let me know if anyone else had these issues

WhatsApp would only work if you have a mobile data or Wi-Fi connection,

if nothing shows try getting your phone to search for all available networks in your area and try to select one that is not Sky. It shouldn't connect so try again to search for all networks and this time select the Sky one to see if you can now makes calls etc.
