Data not working

I recently bought a new device from sky for myself and my son and since we switched phones we are both having problems with our data not working. I've tried all their online suggestions - switching phone on and off, resetting network etc. It sends me the messages to install and then eventually says temporary error try again later. Then everything is fine for a few days and it goes off again. This is particularly concerning for me with my son's phone as when he's out and about he can't access online at all unless he's in a WiFi area. Plus, we're paying for data and not getting use of it. Is there anything else we can do? Thanks

I'm in the same situation, it works for a while and then stops. Resetted network connections and all the troubleshooting  but it keeps going off. Very annoying. Did you get a resolution?
