Data hasn't updated since last bill (1stJuly) and can't access piggy bank for a roll over as site just keeps crashing. Anyone else constantly have issues accessing billing?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Dash7863 it can sometimes take a day or two after your billing date for it to refresh but you sound as if you have additional issues so I would call sky on 150 for help.
