Data limit reached
Hi I have subscribed to 60GB data package a month for 14£ that had to renew on 5th of November But my data limit reached before that on 1st of November and I did the payment of 14£ but didn't got data later on I changed the plan and got a plan of 10GB for 14£ but even then I didn't got the data/ package, I need mobile data for My daily routine but I'm in trouble now. What can I do or what is the solution for this.

Hi @KhurramShehzad you have changed your monthly plan to a lower data plan by the looks of it and that won't start until your next billing period. If you had increased the plan then that would have kicked in immediately. You can only change you plan once per month so you can no longer do that. If you go to the sim in question in your account do you not have any piggybank data to roll ? If not then click on manage sim, manage settings, change data plan and scroll to the bottom and add 1 Gig for £6.
