Data charges abroad
I've been charged £154 that has just come out of my account for roaming charges which is something I cannot simply afford. I used an e-sim on my holiday so I was not expecting any charges on additional data whilst I was on my holiday at all!
additionally, if I was using my data abroad I received no text notifications from sky to say I have been active and using this amount of data.
I think this is unjustified and want all additional charges refunded back into my account immediately.

...but detailed in the tariff. You can call Sky and ask but if the charges are correctly incurred then they are unlikely to refund them (At best a goodwill credit). Or are you saying you specifically purchased an eSIM from a different network? Either way it seems your device used the Sky SIM to connect to cellular services.
Also, it seems your spend cap has been changed from the default which would protect you from large charges.

Re: Data charges abroad
My sky mobile package didn't work in the north of Spain and I had to use roaming for connecting to the internet when it is included in my package

Re: Data charges abroad
Hi @jbutler569 roaming is included but at a cost of £2 per 24 hours use when in Spain. If you accidentally connected to Andora then it will be a lot more as that's not covered by the £2 daily charge.
