Data Usage

My contract named Brody has said the 8gb data have been used this month. However, when I go on the account, it's showing as only 2.91gb used so far. Please can someone look into this for me. Thank you

You may not be aware but you haven’t contacted Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

 

Where are you seeing that 8GB has been used? Which data plan are you on?

No need for it to be deleted, it is a perfectly reasonable question. We can possibly help after getting more information. If not call Sky by dialling 150 from your Sky mobile.
