Yes and yet this answer to a much much earlier question is provided only after I point out the escalation process and the fact that you are all so unhelpful is laughable
You can't quote to someone who is new to this process when you haven't been helpful in providing the answer instead it's a white washed response that Sky won't contact you at all fullstop.
Your responses to my query being escalated a process where Sky is quite capable of contacting me by the chat function. And yet you lot which is pretty funny and hilariously cute start quoting "that's the the escalation route etc etc" why your quoting it when I was escalated within that linked discussion therefore I already know how it goes.

To assume that I am only interested in the answers that suit what I consider correct isn't what I am about, however responses which aren't complete and are loaded, which presents as irritation, and superiority, and yet you responders came to my post.
