DPD not delivering

Is anyone else having trouble with getting the delivery from DPD I've tried 5+ times getting a delivery from them and they won't deliver. Can sky send Apple Watches through another company? Or is their other mobile services that don't use DPD?

There has to be more to this than you've posted.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You said won't deliver rather than can't deliver. There's a big difference. Is there any reason why they won't deliver to your address?

Nope I have tried ringing them and they won't give me a reason

So assuming they actually have not attempted a delivery and left a card.

 

DPD would send a delivery email or text the night before the expected delivery, have you received one and what did that actually say about the delivery?

 

In your MySky order tracking, is it showing anything on the mobile delivery status.

 

Assume you are normally able to get deliveries to your property from other delivery companies?

Just to clarify, DPD do not deliver to any kind of PO Boxes, rather than a normal property address.

all packages go to the depot the sky ones went to Morley depot on Friday morning I then received an email saying it will be delivered after 12 on Friday. I went on to see if I had a time slot for the delivery and it said 'your parcel is on its way back to sky' so I called sky and asked why and they said I'd have to call DPD as sky did not have any idea. So I called DPD because this happends with all parcels from sky and they said they can have a look in to it.

Sounds like you'll have to allow DPD time to investigate.

Have you had an emails from Sky about your order and what does it actually say on your Sky account ?

I’m having the exact same issue. My MacBook is basically being held hostage — I watched the driver move away from my location twice, and then the tracker suddenly claimed I wasn’t home (which I very much was).

 

I even paid the extra £9.99 for their so-called VIP delivery, scheduled between 9am and 12pm today — and guess what? The tracker hasn’t even updated.

 

Apparently, the Beyoncé experience isn’t guaranteed, even with the VIP fee. £9.99 well spent, right?

Oh good well not good that your not getting your package but at least it's not just me. Sky would be best having another company that could deliver as well just in case
