I have ordered my phone on 27th december and on 28th dpd sends a massage that your parcel is at dartford depot and will be delivered today. But today on 30th december the website is still showing the parcel is at dartford depot.

From dpd helpline they told me to raise an investigation to sky for missing parcel.

So can anyone help of what to do next?

Hi @Sam+patel+1234 DPD deliveries have been taking up to 2 weeks in some places and that was before the Christmas holidays. All you can do is either wait or ring sky on 150, but guessing they will just tell you to wait.
