Did anyone else have issues yesterday where, while on hold, your call was transferred to a different adviser? I'm not sure whether it was a system issue or whether I was just being passed around. Interested to know if anyone else experienced the same thing.
Not sure what you are asking so what happened when you were transfered to someone else ?
