Customer service problem

What on earth has happened to sky customer services? 
I ordered an iPhone 17 on the first day it was available to preorder and despite my account saying it has been dispatched and a notification from dpd that they were expecting my parcel nothing has materialised. (Dpd tracking still says they haven't received it)

Multiple call to customer services have yielded no answers, they just insist it has been dispatched and I should receive it in a day or two. 
 one advisor said they would launch an investigation and I would hear back between 3 and 5 days, nothing!

I made a complaint via the online form 2 weeks ago, recieved a message a couple of day ago just  advising they are experiencing a high volume of complaints, surely that must tell them something?

Does anybody know how I can contact someone who can actually help at sky rather than those in the foreign call centre who appear to have means of tracking down my phone?

It sounds like you have done everything you can by putting the complaint in so you will need to wait until the investigation has been completed which might take longer than the 5 days you were quoted.
