My bill is in credit as 2 payments have come off but sky keep trying to take payments from my card

Hi @Shomacd  are you making manual payments ? If so then don't as sky will continue to take payment from your continuous payment method. Any credit should be used for future payments.

You can also call Sky to ask for the credit to be refunded but as stated above this could have happened if you are making manual payments when there is no need to.
