Credit score

Hi , can someone one in the account or billing help me out I have applied for new iPhone got refused credit scoring issues, gone on experience.co.uk 1250 score all good my end,  I actually work for sky , I didn't get hold of vip Cs she basically said , she can't to anything about it.  So I got my wife to add account and try to buy iPhone , same again refused due to credit scoring, she 1250 on the experience.co.uk , and crazy thing is I get wage from sky and have two mobile phone what due end soon ,

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
