Credit check

Ive appled for a Samsung galaxy s26 ultra and it's saying I've passed the credit check, however when I go to sign my agreement it takes me straight to a page saying I need too pay £1.6k upfront. 

why is this? Does this mean I've not been accepted?

Hi @Ross1997  if it's asking for £1.6 K upfront then that means you must be borderline for Skys checks but they are asking for the full amount upfront.
