Credit agreement
so I have this sent to me in an email but everytime I try to click the purple writing to sign my credit agreement it brings me to a home screen page. When I have then found out what to click a page pops up and it says:
'Sorry but we are having technical difficulties Unfortunately, we have not been able to proceed with your order.
Please try again later.'
i have been trying for the past 3-4 hours now and absolutely nothing. I have tried researching , calling , emailing , watching YouTube videos & even more research.
sky has also took money from my bank account to pay for. How can I sign something when it's repeatedly not letting me do it ? And then in the same email it has stated if I don't sign it before the 1st September sky will cancel my order.
can someone help where I can find the 'credit agreement' and for it to actually work!!

Or it should be in your message centre under contracts:

Re: Can’t find my credit agreement to sign
I have exactly the same issue. Nothing in my messages. Clicking the pop up box in Sky account just takes me to the general Mobile page. Have reset web browser as suggested on phone - but nothing works. Very, very frustrating! How can I access it to sign??

It don't work it says 'we're sorry there's a problem' then when I click 'try again' another thing pops up saying '
Sorry but we are having technical difficulties
Unfortunately, we have not been able to proceed with your order.
Please try again later.'

To confirm that you have finished placing your order and you are seeing those technical error messages when trying to sign your credit agreement ?
