Credit Check Error

When I go to upgrade my phone, I can get all the way to the credit agreement. When I press "agree and continue" I instead get an error page. I'm not sure if this means I've failed the credit check?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@Epochh 

It's probably not you so if you cant get past it the only way to get the order placed will be by calling Sky instead.
