Contract

Trying to update mobile but can't seem to be able to sign contract....message keeps telling me "technical difficulties "  Numerous phone calls and numerous agents and nobody has a clue.

The next time you speak to Sky about this ask them if they are able to email the credit agreement to you ?

They are sending it via email but when I click "sign contract " it shows "unable to sign...technical difficulties " I'm then switched between Sky.com to My Sky app. and no further forward. This has been since 7 th January.
