Contract

Hi I ordered a contract mobile phone it all went theough then on delivery had an email saying basically skyward the product back? I don't underatand why it hasn't gone theough but on the app says contact for more details to get my order?

Hi @Adrian43  you will need to call sky to find out what's happening, a post on this forum won't get a response from sky. This has happened before when customers have failed Skys second more enhanced credit check. A call to Sky will confirm but if this is the reason then Sky won't be able to you why you failed the checks, that's something you would need to investigate yourself with a credit agency.
