Hi I need help in regards to my contract. I've just received my new phone but I didn't click on trading my own phone. I presumed I was just buying the phone and data on a monthly basis and I can use my same number once I have a PAC code from my other provider. My old phone is broken hence why I needed a new device

the free 150 number. You can move the sim from the old one to the new one,

Hi no I just assumed I took out a contract for phone and data. But on reading it says to swap for my old devise but I've re read it and I've got it wrong so just ingnore me
say if I want to swap my swap my devise I thought it ment taking my old phone in exchange but that's not what it means
