Contract cancelled

Hi, my contract has been cancelled without a heads up and I would like to know why as I have not missed any payments I also believe I have been charged £2 a day using roaming abroad however when I took this contract I was advised I could get free roaming of up to 25GB

You haven’t contacted Sky by posting here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to assist other customers.

Roaming isn't free. Depending on where you travel to roaming can cost £2 for 24 hours usage of your normal data plan.

The 25 Gig refers to the fair useage amount of data you can use when roaming, it's not free though @Abbi_  £2 per 24 hours depending on which country you're in.

Want do you say you believe your contract has been cancelled because unless you haven't paid a bill in a few months then whatever has happened it is doubtful that your account has been cancelled.
