Contract bill

Hi,

 

I payed my bill for Feb-march manually a few days ago but it says not received but says I payed the £36 and have received an email to say it has not been payed when it has. Thankyou

Manual payments may be credited towards the following month's bill and not the current one if the automated collection is being processed.

 

You should not make manual payments unless explicitly requested to do so.

There should be no need to manually pay a bill as Sky will take it via the payment method you have setup on your account so regarding this payment you made has it gone onto your account as a credit as it will do this if you have made this payment to close to your payment date.

 

If this is what you have done then Sky will still try to take it via the payment details you have setup on your account so if this is a direct debit and the first attempt has failed they will try again in around 10 days time.
