Continuous mast and signal issues for months now

It's been months now with the phone signal in East Lothian   and all your service checker says is there appears to be a mast issue and the engineers are dealing with it . When will it be rectified as im paying for a service I can barely use . I'm unable to make calls without being cut off or it's such a bad signal I can't make out the conversation . If this service cannot be provided seamlessly and the problem sorted then refunds should be given for the service that's faulty .

As this is a customer helps customer forum nobody here can say when the mast will be repaired as that will be the responsibility of the owner to do this as it will not be Sky as they do not own or maintain them.

 

If you are able to you could try calling Sky on 150 to see if they have anymore up to date information.

Hi thanks for the reply. I have called them and raised complaints . Just a waste of time tbh , whist they confirmed it is their employed engineers who are dealing with it ,  it's just a case of waiting  for it to be resolved . it's very frustrating paying for  a service you cannot use efficiently. I just wanted to see how wide spread the issue was in the area and see how others are dealing with it as it's been 3months now or more .
