Contacts not recognised

Changed phone, have reset SIM. Contacts still not recognised. Also turned off 4g. They came back for a while, but gone again . Any advice appreciated.

Changed from Honor phone to Motorola, SIM free phone with sky contract. On Moto site advises to turn off 4g, as will then show contacts. This worked for while, but contacts not showing again . Have reset SIM settings, but still caller unknown.
