Constant poor conection

Why am I not being able to connect calls on my mobile phone at home. In addition, I don't receive calls, just going to voice mail. This is appalling Sky and it needs sorting...

This has been going on for months. I get a better connection abroad.

Try turning voicemail off it is on to see if calls are then received:

On your phone:


Dial 759.
Press 3.
Press 5.
Press 1.

I'm having the same issue and also outside too, you can be sure that we will still have to pay full price for our bill even though we can't use our phones to call
