I've already told you the problem. Why do you keep sending me emails saying that you are cancelling my mobile. Plus other emails which are totally irrelevant.. To repeat, I haven't contacted you so why are you sending me all these emails

Have you received a call recently claiming to be from Sky or your mobile phone provider saying they can reduce your bills? I'm wondering if you've been the victim of a scam & these scammers are ordering phones under your account but they're being cancelled. This would be a reason why you're receiving notifications for ordering devices then receiving another saying it's been cancelled - possibly due to failing a credit check.
