Constant emails on the same subject

I keep getting constant emails about:

The cancellation of my sky mobile order

The ordering of sky mobile

Key information about my sky mobile

 

why do I keep getting these when I haven't done anything?

I've already told you the problem. Why do you keep sending me emails saying that you are cancelling my mobile. Plus other emails which are totally irrelevant.. To repeat, I haven't contacted you so why are you sending me all these emails

We haven't sent you any emails. You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services here. This is predominantly a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers.

Have you received a call recently claiming to be from Sky or your mobile phone provider saying they can reduce your bills?
I'm wondering if you've been the victim of a scam & these scammers are ordering phones under your account but they're being cancelled. This would be a reason why you're receiving notifications for ordering devices then receiving another saying it's been cancelled - possibly due to failing a credit check.
