Connection an phones

Hello I've been a sky custormer for a cpuel

Years now an to be honest I want out,I understand I'm on a contract but what can I do to finish this as I'm fed up.My old phone I sent back to you guys I said with the questions that it was damaged an you have attempted to send it back to me but in fact sent it to the wrong address, also my connection on my phone is terrible I work in a job which is out doors an out of the 10-15 people I usually work with I'm the only one who's connections not strong enough to able to use anything.

Hi @Bayley  if you are in a contract for a phone you must continue to pay for that until all money owed is cleared. If you are using a sky sim you can cancel without penalty after you have had it for 12 months. To cancel it call sky on 150 or you can transfer your number to another network by get a PAC from Sky and giving it to the new network you choose.
