Condition Checker Issue

I am attempting to take a picture of my old device with its IMEI, though when taken I get an "error could not save image, try again" and it never works. Any work-around for this?

Hi @CapnJoe  you don't have to use the condition checker but do take photos yourself for any possible future issues.
