Right there on the item in the shop:
Purchase a Galaxy S25 between 21st May 2025 and 26th June 2025 and claim a Tab A9+ worth £259.
Once you have received your new device, simply visit www.samsungoffers.claims/summerupgrade to submit your claim within 30 days of purchase.
Maximum one claim per promotional product purchased. See below for terms and conditions.

To get your claim in you should be able to use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.
Your credit agreement can be found in your message centre:
https://messages.sky.com/message-centre
Samsung will send this within 45 days of the claim being validated.

Please be specific where you can find a credit agreement number.
In messages i only have an email with an IMEI number.
In contracts there is only my data plan and my sky q contact.
I have emails with precontract information but nothing with a contract number

As per the post above yours you might be able to use the credit agreement number minus the letter or your Sky account number as usually Samsung accept these so have you tried either of these ?

I've read the post above hence why I've replied.
I cannot find a credit agreement number anywhere. It's not in my messages or contracts inbox
