Checkout not working

I'm trying to swap my phone but when I get to the checkout, the wheel just spins. This is on the app and on a browser. I've tried on different devices too. Because of this I called sky to order my phone. When the credit agreement came, I clicked to view it and it came up saying the below. When I called a second time to order again, the operator said it looks like I've ticked no, as in I think I can't afford it however I can't even see that as I can't get into the agreement

You will have to call them again about this as we can't help you with this on here I'm afraid. It might need cancelling and putting through again which does mean you will be credit checked again should they do this.
